Avaliar produtos com características sensoriais mais específicas
(salgadinhos, cookies, bebidas, biscoitos, etc);
Realizar a avaliação qualitativa e/ou quantitativa das características sensoriais (forma, tamanho, textura, manuseio, aparência, materiais, anatomia) de embalagens e produtos;
Realizar a avaliação de temporalidade de características sensoriais;
Detectar e/ou quantificar alterações sensoriais específicas de
controle de qualidade e shelf-life;
Participar de treinamentos ministrados pela ALS;
Participar de treinamentos ministrados pelo Patrocinador do projeto.
