Auxiliar Administrativo de Distribución proactivo y organizado para apoyar las operaciones diarias de distribución, asegurando la eficiencia y el cumplimiento de los procesos.
* Gestionar y procesar la documentación relacionada con envíos, recepciones y devoluciones de productos.
* Coordinar con transportistas y proveedores para programar entregas y recolecciones.
* Mantener actualizados los registros de inventario y realizar conteos cíclicos según sea necesario.
* Preparar informes de distribución y desempeño logístico.
* Resolver incidencias y consultas relacionadas con los procesos de distribución.
* Apoyar en la organización y optimización de rutas de entrega.
* Comunicarse eficazmente con los equipos de ventas, almacén y atención al cliente.
* Asegurar el cumplimiento de las políticas y procedimientos internos de la empresa.
