Automotive Accounting Assistant
Nalley Brunswick is looking for a Part-time experienced Automotive Accounting Assistant. The successful candidate should be a highly motivated, high-energy individual with a strong desire to succeed. Responsibilities
- Process weekly warranty contracts and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Reconcile monthly warranty financials for group
- Compile various financial reports for the CFO and dealer group on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Complete administrative tasks associated with financial records as needed
- Reconcile group financials and compile group records for owners/CFO monthly
Qualifications
- Excellent math knowledge
- The ability to use their own initiative
- Customer service skills
- Flexibility and open-mindedness
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to work well with others
- Understanding of how to use common industry software
- 2+ years of Finance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in the Automotive industry
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of dealership accounting principles is a plus
- Experience with all aspects of business office duties
- Accounting Degree or Finance Degree preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures preferred
- Professional Appearance
- Clean driving record & valid driver's license
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check
