Auszubildender Industriemechaniker (w/m/d) zum 01.09.2026

Aufgaben

Industriemechaniker sind Spezialisten in der Herstellung und Instandhaltung von Maschinen und Fertigungsanlagen. Sie planen, steuern und optimieren Arbeitsabläufe. Durch manuelle und maschinelle Fertigungsverfahren stellen sie Werkstücke und Bauteile her. Ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgabengebiet gehört die Erstellung und Optimierung von Programmen und die Bedienung numerisch gesteuerter Maschinen oder Anlagen. Industriemechaniker überwachen den Fertigungsablauf, stellen Fehler und Störungen fest und beheben sie. Darüber hinaus prüfen und dokumentieren sie die Qualität der gefertigten Produkte.

Anforderungen

  • Lesen, Anwenden und Erstellen von technischen Unterlagen

  • Manuelles Spanen und Umformen

  • Maschinelles Spanen, Löten und Schweißen

  • Grundlagen der CNC-Technik

  • Grundlagen von pneumatischen und hydraulischen Steuerungen

  • Monieren und Demontieren von Maschinen, Systemen und Bauteilen

  • Feststellen und Eingrenzen von Fehlern und Störungen

  • Durchführen von Wartungsarbeiten

Ausbildungsdauer

3,5 Jahre

Blockunterricht in Günzburg

Voraussetzungen

  • Mittlere Reife, Qualifizierender Abschluss
  • Gute Leistungen in Mathematik und Physik
  • Handwerkliches Talent
  • Technisches Verständnis
  • Räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen
  • Genauigkeit und Sorgfalt
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Lernbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
