Das erwartet Dich 

  • Dauer der Berufsausbildung: 3,5 Jahre 

  • Start im August mit einer Einführungsveranstaltung zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen 

  • Vermittlung von Basiskompetenzen durch ein Wechselmodell von Praxis und Theorie 

  • Deine Einstellung bei Hitachi Energy erfolgt in den Geschäftsbereichen Reparatur und Service für Leistungstransformatoren am Standort Halle (Saale) 

  • Dich erwarten viele spannende Aufgabe wie zum Beispiel:  

  • Montage und Demontage verschiedener Komponenten (Wicklungen, Kern, Aktivteil, Schaltschränke, Isolatoren, usw.) unserer insgesamt bis zu mehreren hundert Tonnen schweren Transformatoren 

  • Bedienung der dafür erforderlichen Werkzeuge und Maschinen 

  • Spätere Einsatzfelder bei Hitachi Energy sind u.a. im Bereich Service als Monteur direkt vor Ort auf der Baustelle oder in der Werkstatt. 

  

Das bringst Du mit 

  • Ein Realschulabschluss, die Fachhochschulreife oder die allgemeine Hochschulreife mit guten Abschlüssen in den mathematisch-naturwissenschaftlichen und technischen Fächern 

  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung, setzt Dich engagiert für Deine Ziele ein und erarbeitest Lösungen mit viel Eigeninitiative und Selbständigkeit
