About this role

What You Can Expect:

• Participar en el diseño, actualización y mejora de la matriz de auditoría contable, identificando riesgos, controles y puntos críticos.

• Evaluar la efectividad de los controles contables, detectar desvíos y proponer acciones de mejora para fortalecer el control interno.

• Identificar y analizar riesgos asociados a registraciones, provisiones, imputaciones y cierres contables.

• Verificar la consistencia de la información operativa y contable, detectando inconsistencias y desviaciones.

• Documentar riesgos, controles, evidencias y revisiones, asegurando trazabilidad y cumplimiento de los estándares de auditoría.

• Dar seguimiento a los hallazgos y recomendaciones, coordinando con las áreas involucradas su correcta implementación.

• Elaborar informes de auditoría con resultados, hallazgos y recomendaciones.

• Comunicar los principales hallazgos y oportunidades de mejora a las áreas involucradas.

• Participar en proyectos y tareas ad hoc, promoviendo una cultura de control, cumplimiento y mejora continua.

What You Bring:

  • Estudiante avanzado o graduad@ de la carrera de Adm. de empresas/Actuario/Contador público o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en el sector de auditoría.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas y fórmulas complejas; macros, deseable) – excluyente.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en sistemas ERP, Oracle y/o SAP – deseable.
