About this role
At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Audio Visual & Videoconferencing Technician to join our UniQue team.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Assist users in meeting room and video conference related requests and issues
- Assist users in setting up meetings and video calls
- Identify, diagnose and resolve issues in relation to the AV equipment
- Regularly test the AV equipment
- Configure AV equipment
- Produce documentation for the AV equipment
- Hold workshops and trainings for end users on how to use the AV equipment
- Participate in the planning of improvements and changes to the meeting rooms and the AV equipment
- Operate AV equipment during video conferences
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Proven experiencein AV equipment, meeting rooms, and video conferencing systems
- Experience providingtechnical support to users and troubleshooting AV issues
- Knowledge of audio, video, display, microphone, and conferencing equipment
- Ability to set up and configure AV equipment for meetings and video calls
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to interact effectively with customer staff members
- Good skills to draft documentation in English
- Minimum C1 level in English required
