Weāre expanding our global team and looking for experienced Telugu-language Audio Description to join us on a freelance basis. If you're passionate about accessibility and want to help create inclusive media experiences for blind and low vision viewers, we want to hear from you.
Audio Description Script Writer
What Youāll DoĀ
- Write and/or proofread Telugu-language audio description narration scripts
- Ensure AD scripts meet DVWās creative, technical, and accessibility standardsĀ
- Collaborate with other scriptwriters and project managers in a supportive, remote teamĀ
- QC/proofread AD scripts from other contributors as neededĀ
- Meet deadlines, communicate proactively, and uphold DVWās commitment to excellenceĀ
What You BringĀ
- Native fluency in the Telugu languageĀ
- At least 1 year of proven experience in AD script writing or AD script quality controlĀ
- Strong command of Telugu grammar, style, and clarity
- A commitment to accessibility, inclusion, and storytelling that reaches everyoneĀ
- Experience in media production is a plus
