Job Description:

Rattaché(e) au Responsable RH, le/la Attaché(e) RH Généraliste & Support SIRH participe à l'administration des processus RH, accompagne les utilisateurs sur les outils RH et contribue au déploiement des projets RH de l'entreprise.

  • Assurer le support aux utilisateurs des outils RH (SIRH, recrutement, formation, performance, etc.).
  • Garantir la qualité et la mise à jour des données RH.
  • Participer au déploiement et à l'amélioration des projets RH et des outils digitaux.
  • Créer et mettre à jour les procédures, modes opératoires et supports utilisateurs.
  • Coordonner et assurer le suivi administratif RH
  • Produire des reportings et analyser les indicateurs RH.
  • Apporter un support opérationnel aux équipes RH sur les différents sujets du quotidien.

 

Profil recherché

  • Formation supérieure en Ressources Humaines, Gestion ou équivalent.
  • Première expérience en RH, administration du personnel ou SIRH appréciée.
  • Bonne maîtrise d'Excel et des outils informatiques.
  • Appétence pour les systèmes d'information et la gestion de projet.
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens du service.
