【ミッション】
優れた製品を一人でも多くの患者さんに届け、患者さんのためにサイエンスに再投資し続けられる製薬企業として競合優位性を維持し続けることに貢献する
【業務の範囲】
・ブランドチーム、関係部門と協力しながらビジネス課題を特定・構造化・分析し、課題を解決するための製品戦略および実行プラン（National sales plan 短期プラン 1年）を立案
・プラン策定のための市場調査の実施・結果の分析・課題の抽出
・課題に基づいた、戦術（資材・イベント・デジタル施策）の計画・実施および評価（e-promotion含む）
・戦略実行のためのシステム設計・レポーティングsystemなどの整備
・プロモーションの効果測定 KPI (Key Performance Indicator) モニタリングや営業ツール等の社内システムを他部門（IT等）と協業し構築し、進捗からの対策を検討し実施する
・KOL (Key Opinion Leader) のマネジメントの遂行
・メディカル本部・Commercial Excellence本部(営業やマーケティングの支援部門)・Pharmacovigilance部など、他部門と協業する
【経験 / Experience】

医薬品業界でのMR経験2年以上 or マーケティング経験2年以上 （ポテンシャルを見ます）

・医薬品業界でのマーケティング経験2年以上
・血液腫瘍領域の経験
