You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with brands and agencies, driving revenue through creative partnership opportunities, and executing integrated campaigns across Beebom's digital platforms, including the website, YouTube, Instagram, X, and other social channels.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Brand Partnerships or similar roles
- Strong understanding of the consumer technology industry and digital media landscape
- Proven experience in identifying, pitching, and closing brand partnership opportunities
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience working with brands, advertising agencies, or media buying teams
- Ability to develop creative campaign ideas across multiple digital platforms
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing, branded content, and integrated marketing campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Editorial, Video, Social Media, and Design
- Self-driven with a strong focus on achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships
Responsibilities:
- Meet quarterly and annual revenue targets through brand partnerships and advertising opportunities
- Identify and build relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers
- Pitch creative campaign ideas tailored to client objectives across Beebom's digital platforms
- Lead campaigns from initial discussions to execution while ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close partnership deals
- Grow long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for recurring business and affiliate collaborations
- Work closely with Editorial, Video, Social, and Design teams to ensure successful campaign delivery
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to strengthen Beebom's partnership offerings
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, client communication, and campaign reports
