Lavoriamo all’intersezione tra ingegneria, finanza e strategia.

•    Modellistica finanziaria applicata a immobili corporate e infrastrutture (DCF, depreciated replacement cost, residual value)
•    Redazione di report valutativi in italiano e in inglese destinati a management, fondi e advisor
•    Sopralluoghi tecnici presso siti industriali, logistici e infrastrutturali in Italia e all’estero

Profilo ricercato
•    Ottima conoscenza dell’inglese (scritto e parlato)
•    Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio nazionale e, occasionalmente, all’estero

•    Flessibilità, smart working e attenzione al work-life balance
