Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions
  • Proactively identify and address client needs, offering a comprehensive range of banking and wealth management products and services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences and ensure client satisfaction
  • Actively participate in client events and networking activities to expand the client base and strengthen the bank's presence in the local community
  • Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and regulations

Requirements

  • Have experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the banking or wealth management industry
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with high-net-worth clients
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand client needs and provide customized solutions
  • Proficient in the use of relevant banking and wealth management software and tools
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organization
