Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Domestic Recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to identify, engage, and screen suitable candidates for both IT and Non-IT positions. Freshers with a strong willingness to learn and candidates with up to one year of recruitment experience are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for IT and Non-IT positions.
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from hiring managers.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, communication, and suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment reports.
Ensure timely interview feedback and follow-ups with candidates and interview panels.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Support offer coordination, candidate documentation, and joining follow-ups.
Work toward recruitment targets while maintaining candidate quality and a positive candidate experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Eligible Degree:-MBA or a related field is preferred, Graduate - 2025 & 2026 pass out candidate
0–1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; freshers with relevant aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and hiring terminology.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is an advantage.
Good coordination, time management, and follow-up skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a target-oriented environment.
Willingness to learn and handle both technical and non-technical recruitment.

Enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to take ownership of assigned hiring requirements.
Comfortable communicating with candidates from different professional backgrounds.
Strong attention to detail and ability to assess candidate suitability.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and a continuous learning mindset.
Comfortable working from the office in Indore.
