Interact with customers via Live Calls, Email, and Chat to help troubleshoot and resolve complex billing, account, and payment-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve complex customer questions or problems over the telephone/Internet in the areas of account setup, billing discrepancies, payment processing, and system functionality issues.
Track and document inbound support requests and ensure proper notation of customer financial inquiries, disputes, or issues.
Document problems and solutions to train lower-level support staff on how to properly address customer billing or account issues.
