Associate/Senior Associate - Relationship Manager for Institutional Investors Coverage, SME Banking

Responsibilities:

As part of the SME team covering Institutional Investors segment, the candidate will function as a corporate RM who is responsible for the following:

• Originate and develop new client relationships (both locally and overseas) directly or through intermediaries;

• Proactive client management through cross-selling and servicing across all client organization levels, including founder and C-suite executives;

• Identify new business opportunities, understand customers’ needs, evaluate risks and structure deals;

• Ensure compliance of mandatory banking policies and processes including customer due diligence, risk evaluation and account reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 to 5 years of relevant corporate banking experience

• Good grasp of the institutional investment or fund management industry will be preferred

• Sales driven mentality with a strong business development acumen

• Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills

• Ability to work and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Resourceful individual, multitask oriented, energetic and a good team player
