About this role

What You'll Do

Are you energized by the complexity of large-scale technology and transformation initiatives — and the discipline it takes to keep them moving?

As a Project Manager on our Technology & Transformation consulting team, you'll be at the center of the action, supporting clients through some of their most significant change programs. From maintaining project plans and governance artifacts to coordinating across workstreams and preparing executive-level reporting, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their transformation goals — while building a strong foundation for a long-term consulting career.

Project Planning & Coordination

  • Support Project and Engagement Managers in planning and managing technology and transformation initiatives.

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables.

  • Coordinate project meetings, workshops, working sessions, and stakeholder communications.

  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, action logs, and meeting minutes.

  • Track project actions, decisions, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.

  • Follow up with workstream leads and stakeholders to ensure commitments and deliverables remain on track.

  • Help identify schedule, resource, scope, or delivery risks and escalate concerns appropriately.

  • Support project governance processes and ensure required project documentation is maintained.

PMO & Project Reporting

  • Maintain core PMO artifacts, including project plans, RAID logs, status reports, decision logs, and governance materials.

  • Collect and consolidate updates from project workstreams into weekly and monthly reporting.

  • Prepare project status reports and executive-level presentations with guidance from senior project leadership.

  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.

  • Support financial and resource tracking, including budgets, forecasts, invoices, and utilization where applicable.

  • Help establish and maintain project management standards, templates, and processes.

  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, current, and accessible to the broader team.

Technology & Transformation Delivery

  • Support consulting teams delivering technology implementations, operating model transformations, digital transformation programs, process improvement initiatives, and other strategic change programs.

  • Develop an understanding of the client's business objectives, technology environment, and transformation priorities.

  • Coordinate across business, technology, and consulting workstreams to help ensure alignment and delivery.

  • Support requirements gathering, process mapping, workshops, testing coordination, implementation planning, and change activities as appropriate to the engagement.

  • Assist with translating complex project information into clear, actionable updates for different stakeholder groups.

  • Contribute to identifying opportunities to improve project delivery processes and client outcomes.

Client Experience

  • Build effective working relationships with consultants, client stakeholders, technology teams, and project leadership.

  • Communicate project updates clearly and professionally across different levels of the organization.

  • Support client meetings and presentations.

  • Demonstrate strong follow-through and accountability for assigned activities.

  • Proactively identify information gaps, conflicting priorities, and potential delivery challenges.

  • Maintain a professional, client-service-oriented approach in all interactions.
