| Job Description: | Will act as the strategic leader for all of our Collections groups and activities across multiple portfolio (Residential, Commercial, National) in various regions (North America and APAC) and will bring in knowledge, expertise and consistent and competitive performance attainment related to KPIs, but limited to, DSO, Open AR Reduction, Cash Collects, Resolution Rate, Right Party Contact, Outbound and Inbound Calls, Emails and Actionable Data, Quality, Attempt to Collect, Collection Cost Ratio Work with client and internal stakeholders in developing tactical and strategic direction to an effective and efficient outreach activities and debt recovery while maintaining compliance to legal regulations in every region being supported; explore and implement automation and process improvement to increase outreach success and customer debt recovery |
