Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
• Total experience: 8+ years.
• Strong experience as an Agile Coach, Delivery Coach, Scrum Master, or Agile Program Lead in enterprise Agile environments.
• Must-have expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience coaching multiple Agile squads, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong experience driving Agile transformation, improving Agile maturity, and enabling enterprise-wide Agile adoption.
• Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, Agile workshops, and team coaching sessions.
• Strong experience with backlog management, release planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery governance.
• Hands-on experience using Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps for Agile delivery management and reporting.
• Experience tracking Agile metrics including Velocity, Burndown, Burnup, Cycle Time, Lead Time, Throughput, and Delivery Predictability.
• Strong communication, facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Retail or Product Engineering organizations is preferred.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe/SPC, ICAgile (ICP-ACC), CSM, or PSM are highly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Coach multiple Agile squads on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe methodologies to improve Agile maturity and delivery effectiveness.
• Drive enterprise Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile best practices across technology and business teams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, PI Planning, and Agile workshops.
• Mentor Scrum Masters and Product Owners on backlog prioritization, stakeholder management, and effective Agile delivery.
• Identify delivery bottlenecks, facilitate root cause analysis, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics to improve delivery predictability, team performance, and overall program health.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, business, and leadership teams to enable scalable Agile delivery practices.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous learning across Agile teams.
• Support program planning, dependency management, risk mitigation, and cross-team coordination.
• Drive stakeholder communication, governance, and reporting to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Guide teams in adopting Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps for effective planning and execution.
• Champion Agile excellence by continuously improving delivery frameworks, coaching practices, and organizational Agile capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
