Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandes productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando incorporar un Supervisor de Procesos (Ensamble Mecánico), ubicado en Guadalajara, Campus Norte.


Responsable de garantizar la estabilidad, capacidad y mejora continua de los procesos de ensamble mecánico, brindando soporte a producción, liderando al equipo de técnicos de procesos y asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad, seguridad y productividad.


Cómo es un día típico:


  • Atender y resolver paros de línea.
  • Monitorear y controlar parámetros de proceso.
  • Realizar balanceo de líneas y cambios de modelo (setups).
  • Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de Técnicos de Procesos.
  • Liderar iniciativas de mejora continua utilizando herramientas Lean Manufacturing.
  • Implementar y estandarizar procesos para mejorar productividad, calidad y eficiencia.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares de calidad, seguridad y auditorías.
  • Participar en proyectos de mejora y reducción de costos.
  • Dar seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño del área.

 

La experiencia que buscamos para añadir a nuestro equipo:


  • Experiencia en procesos de ensamble mecánico dentro de la industria manufacturera.
  • Experiencia en balanceo de líneas, estudios de tiempos y movimientos, cambios de layout y setups de equipos.
  • Conocimientos en Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, SPC, PFMEA y análisis de causa raíz.
  • Manejo de herramientas y sistemas como MES, diagramas de flujo, neumática, PLC y programación de torques.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal, asignación de actividades y seguimiento al desempeño.
  • Manejo de Microsoft Office.
  • Turno 3
