- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in the HR industry with a focus on talent acquisition and onboarding.
