The Role
We are looking for an Associate Lawyer responsible for drafting consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and handling their court hearings.

You will join our Real Estate Department, where you will have the opportunity to strengthen and develop your professional capabilities and play an active role in achieving the firm’s strategic objectives.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing the completeness of case files and the accuracy of documents related to consensual mortgage prenotation cases assigned by our clients
• Court appearances for consensual prenotations of mortgage applications and deletions
• Communicating with notaries, banks, and clients to ensure smooth and timely completion of procedures
• Maintaining accurate records of searches, submissions, court dates, and completed procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) – LL.M. is a plus
• Licensed Attorney-at-Law in Greece
• Εxperience in Property Law cases (including, indicatively, title researches at Land Registries and Cadastral Offices, handling real estate sale and purchase cases, and resolving legal issues related to the Cadastre)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ability to work with digital tools
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration skills
