Job Description

Responsibilities: Coordinate and conduct onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth start within the organization. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems. Assist in organizing and facilitating training and development programs to support employee growth. Support employee offboarding activities, including conducting exit interviews. Collaborate with various departments to address and resolve employee relations issues effectively. Help in creating, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures to align with organizational needs.
