Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of game development tasks.
- Track project progress, manage timelines, and ensure milestones are met.
- Collaborate with internal departments including QA, Development, Art and Customer Service to streamline workflows and resolve blockers.
- Support documentation processes, including maintaining project trackers, status reports, and production plans.
- Identify risks early and assist in developing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Champion a positive and collaborative team culture, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all departments.
- Prioritize tasks and track day-to-day work with product managers to ensure objectives are met on time.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a production or coordination role or any other relevant position in the software or game industry within the gaming industry, having shipped at least one title through the full production cycle.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in dynamic, team-oriented environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ShotGrid.
- A passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the creation of outstanding player experiences.
