DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships. We are currently seeking an Associate Director, Project Management to join our team here at DMM. The Associate Director is key in supporting the business through high quality, profitable creative execution whilst also overseeing daily activities across all accounts. Reporting into the Director of Project Management, they will lead a team of Producers and/or Project Managers across all accounts, co-owning the process, productivity and profitability of production work. They work independently on flagship accounts and work on company initiatives and special projects. Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of roles and capabilities across all departments, and should be able to identify specific skill sets required for each account and project. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills. They need to have a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to pivot depending on the changing nature of the business / staff / issues that are escalated to them. They will inspire an atmosphere of best practice amongst the team through leading by example.
