Associate Director - Program & Project Management

We are looking for SAP Cutover lead and Transition Manager for Demerger project with 12 -16 years of experience

The SAP Cutover Lead will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing endtoend cutover activities for an SAP carveout project

The role requires strong experience in SAP transformation programs carveout scenarios deployment planning business readiness and crossfunctional coordination to ensure a smooth transition from legacy or parentcompany systems to the targetstate SAP landscape

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall cutover strategy plan schedule governance and execution approach for the SAP carveout program

Develop detailed cutover plans covering business functional technical data migration integration security infrastructure and operational readiness activities

Coordinate with business process owners functional teams technical teams data migration teams integration teams infrastructure teams and external vendors to align cutover tasks and dependencies

Lead cutover workshops readiness reviews dry runs mock cutovers gonogo meetings and postcutover stabilization checkpoints

Identify track and manage cutover risks issues assumptions dependencies and mitigation actions

Ensure alignment between the carveout timeline TSA requirements business continuity needs regulatory considerations and production deployment milestones

Define cutover roles and responsibilities communication protocols escalation paths and command center operating model

Oversee execution of data migration system conversion interface transition user access readiness business validation and production handover activities

Monitor cutover progress during execution provide status reporting to leadership and drive timely resolution of blockers

Support hypercare planning and transition to support teams after golive

Required Skills and Experience

12 -16years of overall SAP experience with strong handson exposure to SAP implementation rollout migration or transformation programs

Must have worked in DemergerCarve our project

Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading cutover activities in SAP programs preferably including carveout divestiture merger or separation projects

Strong understanding of SAP S4HANA andor SAP ECC landscapes endtoend business processes data migration interfaces authorizations and production deployment practices

Experience in developing integrated cutover plans using tools such as Microsoft Project Excel Jira Azure DevOps or equivalent planning and tracking tools

Ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple workstreams geographies vendors and business functions

Strong stakeholder management communication leadership problemsolving and decisionmaking skills

Experience working in highpressure golive environments with strict timelines and businesscritical dependencies

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology Business Finance Supply Chain or a related discipline

SAP certification is preferred

Prior experience in carveout spinoff divestiture acquisition integration or TSAdriven transformation programs will be an advantage

Exposure to SAP Activate methodology data migration tools interface management and business readiness planning is preferred
