The ideal candidate has a track record of driving high, sustainable, and profitable growth with experience leading a data-driven test-and-learn approach for growth marketing acceleration. The Associate Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the optimization of current User Acquisition efforts (UA), spearheading App Store Optimization (ASO), and driving an impactful creative ad strategy, while expanding the breadth and depth into new channels and funnel types with the goal of increasing revenue and ROAS. They will work closely with studios, publishing, product marketing, and creative services teams to grow our games. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact by leading growth initiatives and driving improvements across the organization.
