To safeguard the business's portfolio growth by thoroughly evaluating credit risk, providing accurate financial insights, and ensuring compliant lending decisions.

• Risk Mitigation: Protect the platform from non-performing assets by critically verifying borrower financial data and anticipating potential loan risks.
• Informed Decision-Making: Deliver clear, data-driven financial reports and expert recommendations to the Credit Committee to enable swift, sound lending approvals.
• Portfolio Health: Maintain long-term compliance and operational integrity by tracking loan covenants and strictly enforcing company credit policies.

What you will do:

• Evaluating customer’s data and financial documents to determine the degree of risk involved to reduce the risk of customer disputes,
• Conduct document and information checking and verification as part of credit assessment processes,
• Prepare spreadsheets and detailed written reports to be presented to the loan committee,
• Identification and provide mitigation actions of all risks entailed,
• Provide professional opinions and/or recommendations to Credit Committee regarding customers’ financial credit status referring to credit policy and guidelines,
• Track loan covenants to ensure compliance & complete other duties as assigned.

What we are looking for:

• Having minimum 3 to 5 years working experience as a Credit Analyst (SME/Commercial segment) in banking and/or peer-to-peer lending industry,
• Excellent understanding in business financial statements, analytical skills, and mindset,
• Detail oriented, have a strong verification and critical thinking skills,
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and positive attitude with team members and clients,
• Able to adapt to a rapidly evolving and fast-paced working environment,
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders and peers in effective written and verbal communication skills both in Bahasa & English.
