About this role

The Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) team enables our partners and professionals to realize measurable value from enterprise technology in an increasingly complex digital environment. We do this by building practical, in-the-flow digital experiences that reduce friction in day-to-day work, support consistent process execution, and generate actionable insights into how technology is actually used.

As a Digital Adoption Associate, you will focus primarily on building, configuring, testing, and maintaining digital adoption solutions using the WalkMe platform and related tooling. This is a hands-on, execution-oriented role designed for professionals who enjoy building things, working within defined standards, and turning requirements into clear, intuitive user experiences at scale.

  • 60%: Build, configure, and maintain WalkMe content (e.g., in-app guidance, smart tips, launchers, notifications, and basic automation) across web, desktop, and mobile applications, following established design, technical, and governance standards
  • 15%: Execute solution testing and quality assurance activities to validate accuracy, usability, and performance across the builds of other team members to identify defects and support remediation prior to release
  • 15%: Support intake and requirements refinement by working with product owners, process leads, or project teams to understand user workflows, common pain points, and intended outcomes
  • 10%: Communicate progress, risks, blockers, and status updates clearly and consistently to project leads and teammates; escalate issues when appropriate
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in a technology, digital, operations, or professional services environment
  • Ability to follow technical, design, and documentation standards while executing detailed build work accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document work, explain issues, and communicate status to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with or exposure to GenAi and enterprise platforms such as Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, Copilot, Gemini, Claude or similar tools is a strong plus
  • Interest in and awareness of digital adoption, enablement, user experience, or change management technologies; prior WalkMe, or other Digital Adoption Platform software experience is helpful but not required
