About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Associate, Campaigns Operations to support the execution of foodpanda Malaysia's marketing campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Commercial, Creative, CRM, Product and Operations, to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring seamless campaign execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Planning & Coordination

Support the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will help manage campaign timelines, prepare creative briefs, coordinate with designers and commercial teams, and ensure all deliverables are completed before launch.

Creative & Content Operations

Coordinate the production and deployment of marketing assets across multiple customer touchpoints, including in-app banners, CRM, social media and promotional materials. Review creative assets and campaign copy to ensure they are accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and ready for publication.

Campaign Setup & Quality Assurance

Support campaign implementation by preparing campaign configurations, audience targeting, landing pages and promotional setups. Conduct thorough quality assurance checks before launch to ensure campaigns function correctly and provide the best customer experience.

Campaign Performance & Reporting

Maintain campaign trackers, prepare post-campaign performance reports, and monitor competitor marketing activities. You will also support ad hoc campaign requests and contribute to continuous improvements in campaign execution processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, campaign operations, project coordination or similar roles.

• Strong organisational and project management skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.

• Experience with CRM, digital marketing platforms or project management tools is an advantage.
