About this role

About the Team

The Campaign Operations team’s mission is to deliver high-quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our customers around the world. We build, test, and launch the retention marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners, and we’re focused on getting every campaign to the right audience on time and with strong craft. We’re growing our team of technical CRM specialists in Mexico City to support that mission.

About the Role

As an Associate, Campaign Operations, you will help build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns using our email service platform (ESP), Braze, working from designs created by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You’ll support the Campaign Operations Manager and our Lifecycle Marketing partners to help each campaign clear quality review and reach customers on time. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor execution and quality-review role, distinct from brand, content, social media, or performance-marketing positions, and a strong fit for someone early in their CRM or lifecycle-marketing career. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager who sits in Mexico City.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Help build, test, and launch retention marketing campaigns across email, push notification, and in-app channels using Braze and our internal tools.
  • Support the quality-review process for each campaign, working with designers and copywriters and helping build the audience segments each campaign needs.
  • Partner with our Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design teams on campaign goals and creative execution.
  • Help monitor campaign performance and share ideas that improve quality, craft, and efficiency for future campaigns.
  • Grow your CRM and campaign-operations skills by learning our internal marketing tools in depth and taking on more ownership over time.

We’re excited about you because…

  • 1+ years of experience in marketing, CRM, or lifecycle marketing, or equivalent experience such as an internship, coursework, or independent projects.
  • Exposure to or experience with an email or marketing automation platform, such as Braze, Iterable, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Klaviyo.
  • Experience or coursework supporting quality checks or testing for a project, campaign, or piece of content.
  • Comfort working with data such as open rate, click-through rate, or campaign results to inform decisions.
