- Organizar e controlar documentos, arquivos e registros administrativos da área;
- Auxiliar na elaboração, atualização e controle de planilhas, relatórios e indicadores;
- Realizar lançamentos, atualizações e acompanhamento de informações nos sistemas internos;
- Efetuar o lançamento e acompanhamento de pedidos de compra;
- Realizar o agendamento e controle de reservas de veículos;
- Apoiar o controle da disponibilidade, utilização e manutenção da frota;
- Acompanhar solicitações administrativas relacionadas aos veículos e aos usuários;
- Manter os registros atualizados e organizados, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações;
- Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais do setor de frota.
