Assistant Vice President - Technology- Trading Systems

Mandatory skill set:

•  Monitor the development and implementation of plans for the design, testing, and implementation of all business requirements.

• Ensure the project management framework, stage gates for the projects are followed and the artifacts are maintained in the Central Project repository.
• Able to communicate with different stakeholders, internal, client and change teams to share information
• Ability to perform Business Analysis; Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements
• Create clear and structured documentation (BRD, FSD)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills accompanied with excellent communication
• Ensure documentation and deliverables are consistent with defined standards
• Ability to run queries on SQL and interpret data
• Microsoft Project/ Scrum/Kanban along with complete knowledge of waterfall model as well
• Java/Dotnet/Oracle data base
• Proficient in excel
