Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing strategy for leadership, support, and critical hiring requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple functions and locations.
  • Manage and coach sourcing and recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets.
  • Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning needs.
  • Drive market intelligence, competitor mapping, and talent insights.
  • Enhance employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
  • Monitor recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, sourcing conversion, and quality of hire.
  • Support compensation discussions, offer strategy, and hiring negotiations for key roles.
  • Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment regulations.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Sourcing.
    • Strong experience hiring for leadership and specialized roles.
    • Experience managing recruiters or sourcing teams.
    • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    • Strong analytical and market-mapping capabilities.
