- Starting Salary: Dependent on education level:
- High School Diploma/GED: $19.65 per hour
- CDA/SEED Equivalent Certificate: $21.02 per hour
- Associate's Degree: $22.49 per hour
- Benefits: Includes health insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more
- Introductory Period: 90-day introductory period
