We're continuing to grow our presence in Australia, and we're looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help lead our Merchant Chadstone store.

Here’s what’s on offer:
- Role: Assistant Store Manager
- Rostered Hours: Sunday to Thursday
- Minimum Hours: 37.5 hours per week
- Hourly Rate: $29.45 + 1.5x Sunday Penalty Rates + Superannuation on top + Bonus Potential!

- Running smooth, successful shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
- Coaching the team on product knowledge, service, and sales
- Driving store performance and motivating the team to hit targets
- Prioritising exceptional customer experiences
- Contributing to a positive, inclusive team culture
- Supporting with store presentation, visual merchandising, and stock
