Assistant Store Manager (M/W) - Full-Time - Amsterdam

We are looking for a full-time Assistant Store Manager to support our team in Amsterdam !

Sales

●      Actively contributing to achieving revenue targets, in support of the Store Manager

●      Analysing sales reports to identify business needs and propose corrective actions

●      Contributing to setting individual targets for sales advisors

●      Relaying KPIs to the team and supporting them daily to improve performance

●      Liaising with the marketing team on the ground

●      Monitoring the competitive landscape and staying aware of competitor performance and market trends

Customer Service

●      Ensuring day-to-day quality of service delivered in the boutique

●      Ensuring the team maintains regular, quality contact with clients

●      Handling first-level customer complaints

Operations

●      Contributing to the general upkeep and overall presentation of the boutique

●      Monitoring compliance with payment procedures

●      Tracking the boutique's expenses alongside the Store Manager

●      Contributing to the team's scheduling

●      Managing day-to-day inventory and ensuring the team makes proper use of the POS

●      Relaying communication between the boutique, other departments and other points of sale

Visual Merchandising

●      Applying and upholding merchandising guidelines on a daily basis

●      Ensuring the boutique meets presentation standards at all times

●      Liaising with logistics and marketing on the boutique's assortment

●      Immediately flagging any defective product found in the boutique

●      Reporting restocking needs

Human Resources

●      Taking part in recruitment, onboarding and training for the team

●      Supporting performance evaluations for the team and providing regular feedback

●      Supporting the Store Manager on day-to-day HR matters

●      Embodying the brand's image and professional standards on a daily basis

Candidate Profile

●      You love APM Monaco!

●      You have solid experience as a Supervisor, with the ambition to move into full store management

●      You have experience in luxury/fashion retail, with a solid grasp of visual merchandising fundamentals

●      You know how to analyse sales reports and suggest relevant adjustments

●      You are known for your organisational skills and interpersonal ease

●      You are fluent in English

●      You are agile and know how to show flexibility when needed
