We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager in London Duke Street, 32 hours.
What our Assistant Store Managers do
- Be the right hand by working side-by-side with the Store Manager to create a motivated, high-performing team and a welcoming store environment.
- Keep things running smoothly by overseeing daily operations to ensure everything is working like clockwork.
- Monitor performance by helping track KPIs and supporting the Store Manager in reaching sales and service targets.
- Deliver standout service by guiding customers through every step of the eye test journey with care and expertise.
- Apply your optical skills by helping customers choose the right frames and lenses, and carrying out precise adjustments and lens cutting.
What we offer
- £32,500 – 39,000 per year based on full-time, plus up to 16% monthly bonus when store targets are reached.
Salary offered within this range depends on experience. - Time to recharge with 28 days of holiday entitlement, increasing up to 33 days after two years of service based on full-time employment.
