WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Sales & Business Performance

• Drive and exceed store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Analyze business results and implement action plans to maximize store performance.

• Foster a results-oriented culture focused on sales growth and client satisfaction.

Leadership & People Development

• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

• Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and training to enhance individual and team performance.

• Support talent development and succession planning within the store.

Client Experience

• Deliver a world-class client experience that reflects the TUMI brand.

• Build strong client relationships and drive client loyalty through personalized service.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.

Operations & Brand Standards

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including scheduling, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance.

• Maintain visual merchandising and operational standards.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to support store initiatives and events.

YOU NEED TO BE...

• Minimum 5 years' retail management experience, preferably within luxury, premium fashion, lifestyle, or travel retail.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading successful teams.

• Passion for client service and relationship building.

• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales performance and take action
