Job Description
- Assist in the day-to-day management of restaurant operations.
- Supervise and support restaurant staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and service standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of employees.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock orders.
- Assist in managing cash handling, daily sales reports, and operational records.
- Support the achievement of sales targets and cost control measures.
- Handle opening and closing procedures as required.
- Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory or assistant management role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and hygiene standards.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
