We are on the hunt for a high-octane, team-first Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the charge at our bustling GYG Frenchs Forest restaurant. If you have a contagious smile, thrive when the kitchen is pumping, and love developing people, this is your time to step up!
What Your Day Looks Like:
Lead from the Front: Smash out bustling lunch and dinner rushes alongside your crew, keeping the vibe high and the service lightning-fast.
Build an Elite Team: Mentor, train, and inspire the team, helping the next generation of hospitality stars build their careers.
Keep it Clean & Fresh: Champion our strict food safety, exceptional guest experience, and 100% clean menu standards.
Own the Business: Assist the Restaurant General Manager with daily operations, stock management, inventory, and driving financial success.
