Keeley Construction is looking to hire an Assistant Project Manager for our Paving Group in Winter Haven, FL.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and enforce adherence to safety protocols and quality standards on all project sites.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing regular project updates.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities, community members, and regulatory agencies.
- Track project expenses, review cost reports, and manage project budgets to optimize profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement efficient resource management strategies.
- Lead and motivate project teams, including field staff, engineers, and support personnel.
- Ability to work onsite and manage field crews.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, fostering professional growth and development.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or in pursuit in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of project management experience.
- Strong willingness to learn and grow in an organization.
- Advanced with Microsoft Office Suite.
