Alongside day-to-day operations, you support production management and team leaders with investment projects, production planning and control tasks, as well as organizational and administrative matters.

Job Description

• Supporting the production management in daily operations

• Assisting with the planning, control, and optimization of manufacturing processes in machining production

• Assisting with organizational and administrative tasks in the production environment

• Coordinating and accompanying investment and optimization projects

• Assisting with capacity, personnel, and resource planning

• Interface coordination between production, work preparation, quality assurance, maintenance, and purchasing

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (HTL, vocational school, master craftsman/foreman, or degree) focusing on production engineering, manufacturing technology, or a comparable field

• Professional experience in machining, metal processing, or production within a supplier industry is an advantage

• Solution-oriented and structured working style

• Good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and confident handling of MS Office

• High level of personal initiative, a sense of responsibility, and organizational skills

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with different departments

• Interest in long-term development toward a leadership role

This position is subject to the collective agreement for employees in the metal industry. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications; for this position, it typically starts at € 3.416 gross per month (excluding overtime).
