Job Description

• Supervises daily outlet operations and supports the Outlet Manager in ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining product quality, and upholding service standards.
• Provides exceptional guest experiences by fostering positive relationships with guests and promoting seamless collaboration between the service team, kitchen, and dining area operations.
• Ensures compliance with all corporate, regional, and local hotel policies, operating procedures, and service standards, maintaining consistency and operational excellence across the outlet.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in all day dining restaurant operations within a luxury hotel environment is highly desirable.
• Strong service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, coupled with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to achieve operational excellence.
• Proficient in loyalty programs, Opera PMS, and Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to effectively utilize these tools to support daily operations.
