Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote a comprehensive range of consumer banking products.
• Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators established by the business unit.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
• Ensure all sales transactions and customer engagements strictly adhere to regulatory standards, compliance guidelines, and internal bank policies.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales pipelines within the customer relationship management system.

Requirements

• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or direct sales, preferably within the financial services industry.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills to engage customers effectively over the phone.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
