Job Summary

The AMP is responsible for providing support for the Client Orchestration team across all aspects of its discipline as pertains to client and cross-agency work.  Job responsibilities include the usage of tools and data to help support planning decisions; providing support for recurring deliverables and ad hoc projects; assisting in the maintenance of plan activity; preparing client facing presentations; connecting and collaborating across teams to accomplish work and maintain professional partner communication with external vendors.

Although this is an entry level position, relevant internships, prior agency experience (Media/Full Service) and/or academic courses related to marketing/media would be a plus. 

Essential Functions / Duties:

  • Assist with campaign plan creation and QA processes to set up campaigns across billing and tracking platforms (i.e. IAS, CM360, Omni) for Digital Direct, Print, OOH, National & Local TV
  • Own & maintain recurring documents (monthly budgets & flowcharts)
  • Track team deadlines & maintain status documents as needed (agency + client-facing)
  • Pull research/data runs to assist with the planning process (e.g. MRI-Simmons, NMI, ComScore)
  • Support reporting pulls, data validation, and delivery of accurate performance metrics for optimal campaign effectiveness
  • Manage and review competitive data pulls & insight analysis (monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc as needed) to help develop consideration sets and rational
  • Assist with strategic recommendations and client-facing presentations, under Supervisor guidance
  • Assist with campaign optimization recommendations and performance troubleshooting, under Supervisor guidance
  • Track day-to-day cross-team communications to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
  • Reconcile fee invoices and work with investment teams to ensure billing is completed accurately
  • Pull campaign pacing and metrics to ensure investments are running properly (i.e. CM360, Innovid)
  • Work with investment teams to manage timelines, ensure plans are up to date and accurate, review/create mid-flight and post-delivery reports
  • Evaluate publisher proposals and assist in assessing opportunities against campaign objectives & performance goals
  • Coordinate & own scheduling of publisher & external vendor meetings, while assisting in professional communication with partners on behalf of the agency
  • Assist with ad hoc requests/projects as they’re assigned

 

Skills/Technical Knowledge:

Required:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams) 
  • Organized, detail-orientated and efficient; able to prioritize work in order to meet deadlines & balance two brand needs simultaneously
  • Quick learner, able to connect the dots and see the big picture
  • Personable and brings positive, respectful attitude to the workplace; a team player & highly collaborative
  • Proactive, inquisitive, takes initiative to problem solve, raises hand for additional tasks to proactively support the team and help keep workstreams moving
  • Foundational mathematical skills (calculating percentages, indices, etc.)
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal & written

The salary for this position is $20/hour, based on a seven hour day.  This role is non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay.
