Job Description

Build and grow our evergreen OneGrab brand platforms

• Develop sharp consumer & cultural understanding through data insight: study audience behaviour, occasion relevance and category conversations to know which platforms and moments are worth owning.
• Translate that insight into the brand platform plan: define the brand idea, the positioning angle, the occasion calendar and the go-to-market approach for each platform across the year.
• Deploy the brand and marketing agenda behind the plan: lead complex, high-investment integrated campaigns as well as BAU always-on activity, from planning through to post-campaign readout.
• Brief and land the creative and communication assets across touchpoints (in-app, digital, earned & offline), working closely with the in-house creative team, the vertical marketing teams and insights & analytics partners.

Drive brand building across our stakeholder and partner ecosystem

• Co-develop the stakeholder brand agenda with Communications, PR and Public Affairs teams: shape how we build brand equity with our driver-partners, our consumers, the public and the wider industry.
• Co-build the narrative and the winning campaign plan to bring partners in: design the corporate and platform narratives, the thought leadership agenda, and the award and recognition plan that strengthen our brand credentials in the market.
• Pitch, align and activate with internal and external partners: work across all verticals and functions internally, and co-create with brand partners and external stakeholders to bring each agenda to life.
• Monitor brand and campaign performance of every platform and campaign deployed, and make recommendations to optimise investment efficiency and brand impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably with a focus on Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or Economics, with strong written & verbal communication skills in English & Vietnamese.
• 4+ years of full-time experience in brand marketing or integrated brand communications is a must: hands-on experience building brand platforms end to end, from insight and idea through to multi-channel execution and measurement.
• Proven experience in brand, integrated marketing communications or campaign management roles, with a track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns; experience across consumer brand, corporate brand, PR or social impact agendas is a plus.
• Strong storytelling and narrative craft, with the ability to turn a business agenda into a brand idea that lands with consumers, partners and the public.
• Experience planning and executing campaign mechanics at volume, from complex flagship campaigns to BAU always-on activity, with clear performance accountability.
• Detail-oriented, consumer-centric & data-driven mindset to unlock and drive brand and business growth.
• Seniority and maturity to bring big, diverse cross-functional teams along with you and to work directly with external partners, including public-sector and brand stakeholders.
• Resourceful & fast learning ability in an ever-changing environment; flexibility & adaptability with business needs; ability to perform under pressure in a dynamic & fast-paced environment.
