Assistant Marketing Manager-Brand Communication

Responsibility 
- Oversee RC social for key franchises from KFS planning to daily implementation
- Lead BGC & UGC content creation to drive Pet owner engagement and WOM
- Lead PGC KOL selection, content co-creation with feeds ads and search keywords coordination
- UGC operation and management for WOM
- Drive X-function collaboration for social seeding needs to better convert Content to Commerce 
- Superise performance against Red KPIs with agency management, keep optimize and drive improvements in daily operation.

Requirement
1. Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
2. 3+ years experience in MNC marketing function or platform/Social MCN, with proven practical expertise and solid skill set in Red platform planning (KFS) & implementation, MCN background is also preferred
3. Excellent interpersonal, project management, communication and influencing skills; ability to collaborate with different stakeholders including pillar marketing, global/regional stakeholder and external agencies.
4. Ability to think strategically and build engaging contents with strong leadership
5. Red platform/MCN platform practical experience as plus.
6. Good command of English and Chinese in both written and verbal.
