  • Analyzes and shares relevant information with Business to support decision-making.
  • Utilizes multiple applications and systems across different roles and organizations.
  • Prepares and manages reports, including gathering, validating, analyzing, and summarizing data.
  • Supports research and documentation by monitoring external sources and verifying information.
  • Provides technical and system support to associates, including report preparation and information system usage.
  • Trains users on report preparation and database access.
  • Leads special projects, including data triggers, and serves as the primary point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Monitors and analyzes data and external factors to support research, identify trends, and assess potential business impacts.
  • Provides actionable insights through reports, presentations, recommendations, and decision-support materials.
  • Performs data analysis and mining, including data manipulation, reporting, and analysis using various applications.
  • Supports management decision-making by providing timely and accurate reports while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Partners with SMEs and Business stakeholders to identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Develops and manages Triggers to improve process monitoring and performance, from creation and testing through deployment and optimization.
  • Uses process mapping and analysis to identify, resolve, and prevent process gaps or inefficiencies.
  • Maintains Trigger effectiveness through continuous monitoring, stakeholder communication, and feedback.
  • Conducts job shadowing to build process knowledge and identify opportunities for enhancements.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • Basic knowledge of XML Path Language and Regular Expressions (RegEx) 
  • Minimum one year of experience in process improvement, process reengineering, or process reviews 
  • Proficient in process mapping, data analysis, and problem-solving tool
  • Excellent skills in real-time time management is a must
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure critical timelines are met
  • Accuracy and attention to details is a must in this role
  • Detail oriented with ability to deliver project deliverables with little supervision
  • Excellent written, verbal and e-mail skills, with the ability to interface effectively with individuals at various levels
  • Ability to effectively prioritize workload in a fast paced, real-time and frequently changing environment while remaining detailed and organized
  • Demonstrate analytical, organizational, problem solving and creative thinking skills
  • Respond positively to change, embracing and using new practices or values to accomplish goals and solve problems
  • Flexible and willing to work in shift schedules
