Job Description
- Analyze and optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and overall performance across all training functions.
- Oversee day‑to‑day training operations, including: preparing and organizing course materials, coordinating with trainers, participants and stakeholders, managing course evaluations and issuing receipts
- Handle cost allocation, payment processing, and preparation of financial and operational reports.
- Develop, update, and review procedural manuals and routine reporting documents.
- Support internal and external audit activities (e.g., IRCA).
- Possessing knowledge of GSF, MATF, CEF, HKCAAVQ, and related schemes will be an advantage.
- Work closely with the supervisor to achieve annual goals, including: sales and revenue targets, new program development, strategic initiatives related to training and operations
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate Degree or above with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in training or administration.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Chinese word processing and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
